I ordered boneless wings with Thai curry for takeout. The worst wings that I’ve ever had. The sauce is very mildly applied and I cannot find any sauce on most of the wings. The chicken tastes stale. I threw everything into the garbage.

Unfortunately, my visit was marred by a few significant errors in my order .Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that it was incorrect. Not only was my food cold, but the wings were not prepared according to my specifications. This was particularly disappointing as I had clearly communicated my preferences when placing the order.When I approached the manager on duty to address the issue, I was met with blatant disrespect and dismissiveness. Instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the mistake, the manager was rude and unprofessional in their demeanor. This lack of accountability and customer service is completely unacceptable.As a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings, I expect a certain level of quality and professionalism from your establishment. Me and my husband dine here often and we usually have great service! Last night we dined in and was sitting for 10 minutes.. a server by the name of Andrew walked past us multiple times and we were not greeted or any attention towards us. 10 minutes later I asked him if we have a waiter or server he said “yeah… me!! I’ll be back”and never returned. Andrew had a poor attitude and was not friendly at all. Never in my life have I had poor service the way he treated us. Luckily another waitress asked him if he needed help (mind you he had TWO tables) and luckily we got a wonderful waitress after all. If we did not get our wonderful waitress I would have walked out and never returned back to this restaurant.

I ordered the brisket burger and fries for carry out. The burger was very good, but the fries always seem to be cold, maybe lukewarm( I live 2 minutes from this restaurant). I would not recommend dinning in. I have visited this BW3's several times, always hoping for better food and service. I am usually a sweet BBQ wing guy, but the last few times I have dined in, the wing have come out looking like they have been sitting out, the sauce had already started to thicken. The fries were also cold.

I keep hoping that the service will get better. Came in for dinner waited 15 minutes to be greeted and or get a menu, there was only one other table so they were not busy. Our drinks took 15 min after ordering, the bartender was chatting with a co worker and not making drinks. Then our food eventually came out and was just ok. Management needs to fix this, no one seems to care about providing great service.

Walked in Wednesday night and had to seat ourselves, not a huge deal. Looking around the restaurant there was one waitress and one bartender for the entire restaurant. We sat down for 10 minutes without any service before we left. Whoever is running this business needs to stop being cheap and schedule enough people to cover a dinner shift. Do not recommend this location.

First and foremost, i understand that at the time we went, it was busy, but the waiter was one of the worst i ever had. First, we asked for waters ,napkins it took an hour, and another waiter to get this done. When our waiter came , he did not ask how things were and was really unfriendy. I watched all around our table waiters , waitress even as busy as it was taking care of their tables. When i asked to speak to a manager, the waitress i ask acted insulted and told me no in a not so friendly manner. I dont feel like me or anyone at our party shouldnt have ever gotten up to chase someone down to get anything done. On top of all this, once we got our food, he told me mine wasnt ready. I waited another half hour, i felt this was done on purpose. Also it was super cold.
