It's a bdubs. Bone in are good but the boneless are incredibly hit or miss with their bread to meat ratio.
Ok been coming here/ ordering for a couple of years and can definitively say the nearest Applebee's has better boneless wings. More meat less breading. Sauces are better here but they are literally trying to get you here just to watch tv. Cannot recommend.
Side note they want you to sign up after order but conveniently don't...

Phenomenal customer service.
Mita(sorry if I got your name wrong) & Matt(manager) went out of the way to adjust a wrong order I placed online. I wanted boneless wings and unintentionally ordered traditional.
They both deserve a raise and also good contenders to train other employees at BDUB locations of what customer service should be like in 2025.
