came in on a busy night and ordered a take you could tell they were extremely overwhelmed. Didn't help that other customers were being extremely rude and disrespectful. You can tell when some people have never worked in customer service. Her name tag said Whale on it, she was very nice and helpful. But when given an attitude or disrespect she handled it better then I would have. Good FOH staff :)
I ordered the brisket burger and fries for carry out. The burger was very good, but the fries always seem to be cold, maybe lukewarm( I live 2 minutes from this restaurant). I would not recommend dinning in. I have visited this BW3's several times, always hoping for better food and service.
