Having moved into the state from the west coast, I have noticed, in my opinion, customer service is awful in Michigan in general. So when you get excellence service it really stands out. This is where Robert Weiss comes in. (Farmington Hills… 12 and Farmington) Outstanding service. Made his work with care and passion. Carried a great conversation. This man needs to be commended. Have been to this location just a few times in the past with varying results but Robert completely changed our opinions on Jersey Mikes. Give that man a raise! Will be back!

I gave them another try, and it was actually much improved. I had a turkey, bacon, and cheese with L,T, & O. I would have left 5 stars, but The bread wasn't the freshest. I did get there in the evening. Even still, it was good.
