The vegan pho here is very flavorful. However the tofu put into the dish needs some work. It could benefit from being marinated and not deep fried for this dish. Also, I've been here on a few occasions and they increased the price of the spring rolls which is fine. But, they now cut them in half with two less full pieces. Also, the prices seem quite a bit out of line compared to other Pho places in the area.
We stopped in for lunch. We ordered banh mi, pho, and egg rolls. Oh and a mango smoothie. I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Clean. Nice server. Order was quick and fresh. I kind of wish we lived closer....lol highly recommended.

The #8V, Vegetarian Pho, was amazing ?. Everything that was hoped for -- fresh veggies, amazingly hot broth -- just plain delicious ?. So delicious I forgot to take a picture.
