I just moved to this place and I have been coming regularly it’s unfortunate but the prices have gone up on the food in a short period and they have now have added a gratuity fee to the bill, I was by myself.
It doesn’t get better than Pho Vinh. The broth here is so good, I often stop for a container to go just for sipping. Today I had vegetarian pho but with beef broth. I love the fried tofu and all the veg you get in the vegetarian, but there's no way Im passing up the beef broth. A+
Food was good. Service was bad. They forgot one of our group's food entirely until we caught the eye of a staff member in the kitchen. This was before the lunch rush, so there were maybe 4 tables in use in the restaurant. The rest of the table was finished with their food by the time this individual finally received their meal. We were trying to catch a waiter's attention for the check for 10 minutes. Then, we were waiting for another 10 minutes for the check. I ended...
