The restaurant was very clean. They pulled the noodles in front of a glassed in area and it was quite an interesting show. The staff was very polite. The food was excellent.

I really enjoyed the dumplings.
The soup is okay. Noodle is okay, but seems a bit undercooked. It was a bit dough/flour taste. However, I would like to come back and try another dish.
We ate here for the first time and it was fantastic! We ordered a number of different dishes and all of them were very tasty! Some of what we ordered: crab ragoon (the best I've had since living in Asia), chicken stir fry, red bean sesame ball and dan dan noodles. We had more.....it was all so good. It was also fun to watch them make the noodles! Highly recommend you try Jiang Nan Noodle House! We'll be going back for more!!

The pulled noodles were fresh and had a great texture. I ordered the Xiao Long Bao, but unfortunately, the soup was missing due to overcooking. I also tried the C12, but the soup was too salty, making it difficult to finish. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m considering coming back to try other flavors and see if they’re better balanced.

A friend and I stopped in on Saturday early evening for dinner. I was so excited to to try this restaurant. 5/24/26 around 5:30-6pm we walked and the waitress did not greet us. She had hair that looked dyed maybe. She barely opened her mouth. We chose a table and she gave us menus and walked away. No greeting no offerings of drinks nothing. She didn’t even say “I’ll be with you shortly” NOTHING! She cleared a table and walked then went into the kitchen. Nothing about the place felt friendly or warm not even the guest that were in there eating. I really try to avoid assumptions however it felt tangibly clear that our ethnicity had something to do with the type of service or treatment. After sitting for a few moments with clear indicators that we would not be treated with intention or with the same care as other guest, we got up and left. It’s too bad. I was excited about the menu and excited to try. Guess I’ll never know. Shame too… I’m a great tipper 😪

The noodle is obviously handmade, but felt a little bit uncooked. It could have been quite better if it was boiled a couple of minutes more I guess because the sauce was very tasty. The diner was clean and quiet.

My friends and I love going to Jiang Nan Noodle House. My friend from NY was visiting and recommended we try this place. One of the best Chinese noodle place in my opinion. I like their Veggie Flat Noodle dish. The broth noodle soup can be a little less flavorful. My other favorite dish is the mung bean noodles appetizer. I do see a lot of Asians eating at this restaurant, so it does mean its good! (They also play Kpop songs, and I heard my favorite Girls' Generation song Mr. Taxi last time I was there) Service is okay!

Craving for a bowl of hot soup noodle on this cold winter morning and we found Jiang Nan from Google map.
Noodles are freshly pulled in front of you and served in flavourful hot soup. You may pick different “width” for your noodles and they will prepare it freshly at the counter.
Well worth a visit if you are in search for a bowl of soup noodles.

Pretty solid food. Appetizers, especially the fried dumplings and cold beef) were excellent. It’s nice that they have black vinegar at the table (albeit not labeled which can cause confusion differentiating from the soy sauce). Noodle broth was a bit underwhelming.

I was looking for a tasty noodle spot for lunch not too far from home and I found it ! The service was so so but the food was great. I got the c.12 Szechuan La Mian with chicken and thick noodles. For the appetizers we had the pork dumplings and the potato scallions .. both very delicious. I’ll definitely be back

So, let me start by saying we love this place. The food is always good (love the noodles), however the service is completely awful! Tonight we had an apathetic teen girl take our order, and never saw her again - only to eat her dinner at a public table while we waited far too long for our own order. No follow up of any kind for extra water or tea was provided. They didn’t even ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Our request for carry out containers fell on deaf ears, and finally lost patience and went to pay the bill and get it myself. Sadly, we will relegate them to carryout only moving forward.

The atmosphere was great!
A nice fun show when the noodles are being made
The only downside is the food needs a bit more flavor. The broth for the Ramen was very bland.
