Either your employees are closing without your Knowledge or your hours just suck! Friday December 8th 2023 at 4:45 employees were inside cleaning doors locked. Today Sunday Dec 10th 2023 at 12:50 website wont let me order because your closed.

Food is decent, but the delivery service, not so great. Waited over an hour to get a delivery and they were not even a half mile away. Should’ve walked from the jobsite to jj and saved myself the tip and delivery fee ??

"Freaky fast" is deffinetly not at this location. I'm literally sitting for 16 mins, and my order is still not ready...Not to mention, I asked for 4 of #7's (NO HOT PEPPERS). When I got home, I realized I have 4 7's full of hot peppers.How hard is it to remember ONE thing not to put on all 4 sandwiches, all same sandwiches? Smh

What's the point of a sub place if they close before 5pm everyday?Maybe management should raise worker pay or offer more than a $1 off a sub after finishing a shift (used to work at JJs and the perks are pathetic).I can see closing at 7pm after the dinner rush, but this store prevents anyone from getting subs after work. We'd order at least once a week if they had normal hours, instead it's always a waste of time. Also, avoid the subway by the Rivera movie theater because they are even worse being closed most weekends.For the last few years we've been getting our subs in Livonia because the Farmington sub shops can't keep the lights on (literally closes before dark ?)
