I wanted to commend the man who made my sandwiches on Sunday, July 26th. I believe his name is Blaine. Not only is my sandwich phenomenal, but his top notch customer service & genuine kindness were amazing! As I only have use of one hand, certain things can be tricky for me (ESPECIALLY carrying things & opening my car door at the same time). Ordered and never got our delivery. They don’t answer the phone either.
Wow this team is amazing! Put in an order around 11:30am, received and hour later and my toasted sandwich was cold (newly pregnant). Called back just for my own concern and was also missing an item in my order. They were more than happy to remake it and send it out, they were using a third party to deliver due to staffing, got sent to the wrong house.
