I put my order in at 7:00 for my pizza to be ready at 7:30 at 7:35 they were just putting my pizza in the oven what's the point of going on the portal and doing your order if they can't get it done within a half an hour.
Marcus the manager at this location has extraordinary customer service. After a bad experience I decided I would not return to the location but after speaking to Marcus and allowing him to rectify the issue. He retained me as a customer.
