I ordered a BOGO crazy puffs from the mobile app around 8:30pm for a 9pm pickup. I got there 8:50pm to see if it happend to be ready early and April asked what i had and i told her. She was talking on her cellphone and put it down to ask me again what i had. Then goes to the back and says we dont have any puffs. She also said i just got here. I was like uh....ok? I said can you cancel my order then. I looked on their website and they close at 10pm on sundays so I was very confused. How can you just het there but you close at 9pm? Make that make sense.

This Little Caesars is the worst—poor service, ridiculously long wait times for food, and it’s clear the owners or managers have never set foot in here.

I give up on this location. It constantly disappoints and is a total waste of time. Poorly run and managed. Orders not filled or updated, never ready for pickup. Chronically poorly staffed. Never answer phone.
Switched to the Little Caesar’s on Maple. It’s more expensive but at least they are competent.

Chronically hot, but not ready. The app said 358p, the pizza isn’t ready and it’s 441p.

Placed my order online. Got there at the designated time. I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. When I questioned why it was taking so long, the worker was very rude. She left the counter and never came back. Had to get someone else to help me. Consequently, I was late picking my Grandkids up from school. That was why I placed my order ahead of time. Pizza was overcooked.

Came in at 9, they have no pizzas ready and are clearly trying to close. They lied and said it will be 30 minutes for a pizza, I have worked at a little Ceaser’s in high school and know it takes 5 minutes. Clearly just people that don’t want to do any work. Won’t be back

The worst Little Ceasars I've ever encountered. I ordered on-line at 10:00am. I attempted to contact the store for three hours without one single person answering the telephone. Once my delivery person delivered my pizza, my pop was left off my order. I attempted to call the store once again without anyone answering the telephone. I will contacting the Corporate Office with my complaints.

Came to get pizza. After an hour and a half with no communication from staff we left without pizza. $10 donated to Little Caesars in hopes they can get some help to cook a pizza
