This McDonalds is nothing but unprofessional high-school dropouts with horrendous customer service and a disrespectful body language tone when getting food from them. I ordered a large caramel frappe then at the very last second after I put my money with them, they said they do not have it and requested me to get a mocha coffee instead then declined for a refund back. That is not what utterly annoys and gets on my nerves most of all. Out of the two things that made me give their customer service the finger are first off, they lied about them not having the caramel frappe and convinced me to have a mocha coffee instead (side note: you should not tell customers what they should get as an employee), and second after I requested a refund, they told me to pull up. But surprise, they had the caramel frappe and just gave that to me instead and not actually my money back and I find this also very unacceptable. Even when I first wanted that caramel frappe then changed my mind and those disrespectful people gave me my original requested order, that was unnecessary because I wanted my refund now instead. Seriously, businesses nowadays would let goons like them do their job like this.

If you try to do curbside delivery at this McDonald's expect it to take 10 to 15 minutes minimum. There is a reason these people aren't electricians and instead work at McDonalds.

I have had to leave without getting any food probably the last 6 times I've stopped here. Either the drive-thru line doesn't move in 15 minutes or when I get to the speaker no one is there taking orders. I understand staffing issues, but it's been particularly bad at this McDonald's.

One of the worst out there. No one in drive through line. Took them over 3 minutes just to answer the intercom. Guy counting money only had to give me 9 dollars back. He started having change in his hand from register. Took over 30 seconds to hand me 9 dollars. I'm the only person at the window and it's taking them over 7 minutes to hand me a simple order. What is going on in there?Edit: Tried them again. Gave me a wrong order. 15+ minutes in drive through time. One car in front of me.

I aged 40 years in the drive thru each time I've had to pick up food here to deliver. Here and there I can understand, but it's every single time.

They're just doing the best they can. I see so many negative reviews, but we didn't have a problem with our order. No wait for 20 nuggs, 2 fries, 2 mcdoubles, and 3 soft drinks.Vegetarian options: Boy.. idk.. maybe the happy meal apples are vegetarian, the fries have meat products.. all of their salads are pre-made, and you can't alter them. Pancakes, big breakfast, minus the sausage, maybe their pastries or pies, ice cream if the machine is working, and all beverages, but I'd sincerely ask to see an ingredient list, or read it online, before going. If you eat egg and cheese, maybe an egg and cheese muffin, or biscuit. Now that they don't have 24-hour breakfast, there's not much for a veg person, and only soft drinks, OJ, or coffee, for a vegan.Dietary restrictions: Items can be omitted or added to most things, unless it's a breakfast burrito, or salad. Their salads are pre-made. If you don't want to touch cheese or chicken to remove it from a salad, or have a severe allergy, don't get it.Parking: Ample handicap parking for disabled folks.Kid-friendliness: No play place, but it's mcd's...Wheelchair accessibility: You may have issues getting into the vestibule, then into the restaurant. I did not go inside, so I can't speak on barriers, or restroom access, as a physically disabled person.

Got to love waiting in the drive thru and watching them had your food to the car in front of you then they had the food back because it’s not there’s just for them to turn around and hand it to you, when the food goes out the window how is it allowed to come back in and go out again, and with waiting 18 mins in the drive through just for the cheese no to be melted this one is by far the worst around
