I ordered food and a drink at drive thru. I was told to pull up to the last window, I was given my drink and then...nothing. I had to honk my horn a few times to get someone back to the window. I had to ask where my food was, to the astonishment to the worker! This location is so close to where I live, but it is consistently bad, food or service. I don't know why I keep going back here

Went through the drive through on the way to work for breakfast and was told to pull forward, it would only be a minute or two. After waiting 8 minutes I had to pull off or risk being late to work. I later came back to ask for a refund, and the customer service rep offered to replace my meal the following day. That day came, and I needed the meal AND a fancy coffee and offered to pay for the coffee I was adding to the order being comped. The manager on duty went above and beyond...
