This Menchies has really gone down hill. Two machines were down. The new special flavor wasn't working. They basically had vanilla, chocolate and apple pie. The worker oy came out to ring us up. They never spoke or anything. We will not be going back anytime
Stopped in on a rainy night. Very slow in shop and the person working never said hello/goodbye anything, very rude. Some machines down with no flavors there. Flavors they had were just okay. For the price they need to step it up with customer service and more.
Decided to stop in because of the nice weather outside, it was overall a nice trip, it was pretty busy but we were still in and out pretty fast, some of the flavors were running out/ empty but assuming alot of people came in today. We all still managed to find something we liked! The reason its 4 stars is because the floors were pretty messy with frozen yogurt/ toppings, i ended up stepping in it without realizing at first. But the staff was friendly with our group today!
