I love Panera, hate the lack of quality that goes into making orders. I have had several orders made wrong which once or twice isn’t a big deal, but if I’m paying $13 for a meal, it’s not wrong to expect it made correctly. A simple review before bagging would’ve caught this.
I ordered Chicken noodle and Cheddar cream soup, they were great!! But French Baguette was tasted sour and felt old stock. Besides they just put on bread instead of 2, I would assume it was accidental. Turned out to be good than having bad baguettes.
