Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

I had ordered my food to be DoorDash because I don’t drive somehow by accident. It was listed as a pick up. I called the store and they were so kind to me as to go ahead and deliver my food to me. They are outstanding in my opinion.

To start, we've ordered previously and everything was great at a different store. However, this time the delivery was late. Plus, I and my guest was very disappointed with the thin crust pizza ordered. Pizza was like store bought crust rather than a crust you'd expected from a pizza joint. It made the pizza tasteless. Thin crust shouldn't be tasteless. Imagine smeared toppings on a cracker. The regular style pizza was eaten with no complaints.

I ordered a sub. I expected mozzarella cheese like a pizza has but I think it was sliced and it didn’t go the length of the sub. First time customer. Not impressed.

Was always my pizza place to go! Loved this pizza,but watch the items you order on your pizza because it's like they copied the last pizza ordered your son made for his girlfriend instead of listening to the toppings I wanted.paid for it..and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The guy who helped was great, he did the pizza perfectly, kind, helpful. He was always nice and sweet. When we wanted to eat there, he handed us a plate, napkins and silverware. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Just ordered a lamp pita, it’s supposed to be a hot wrap but it was pretty cold and the lamb was crunchy like chips. I thought they added some crunchy stuff as a default but looked and the crunchy stuff was the actual lamp…I’ve never had crunchy lamp, but it will probably be my last.

The best barbecue chicken pizza? get the butter and parm on the entire pizza, man oh man heaven ?

They don't care for black people I was ignored when I came in but I noticed all of the people that were white got greeted they even started conversations with them and told them to have a good day when my food was done the man said here is your bread and left it on the counter and walked off I had to call him back just for napkins worst experience ever in a good establishment smh

You'll miss it if you blink. But once you find it, you'll be delighted by the personable treatment from the owners. They made me feel like I was a regular customer, and I had just walked in for the first time.

I was in the middle of a long day and was super hungry and didn't want fast food, the menu choices were all sounding good, yet the owner really honed in onto what I was in the mood for, and made an Italian sandwich that was off the menu. Hit the spot!!

Ordered online 30 minutes ahead and when I got there, my order wasn't ready. They also didn't gave the flavor wings, I ordered and tried to charge me for an alternate flavor. That was crazy. Why not accommodate me for the inconvenience? Never going back again.
