Don't order through phone or online they will take your order make you wait for 20 min before talking to you and finally when you get a chance they would say didn't get the order. Good luck to whoever wants to order online or through online.
Edit: I liked the food when I came here before this, so changed the rating, but I hope it doesn't repeat.

This location felt perfect. Delicious Osmania biscuits and tea and other items along with staff who appear to enjoy their jobs, and a clean environment. I'm adding this to my list of places I frequently visit.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea. The beverages are always fresh, flavorful, and served just right. What makes the experience even better is the selection of tasty buns and biscuits, which are served warm and fresh, making every bite enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and attention to quality make this shop a standout destination for anyone looking for a comforting snack or a pleasant break in their day. Highly recommended...
