I've been here about ten times. This last time we had very poor service. Server wouldn't come over to take order and we had to flag her down. Toast came out about 10 minutes after I finished my meal. After I pointed that out, she never came back, probably to teach me a lesson. Had to go up to the server station to pay my bill, so the tip suffered greatly. Jake is on you. Advice- find better staff. We'll find another place next time.

Great place, great food, great service. Never been there, prices were adequate not bad at all. A tad bit high on coffee unless it has refills free. Not sure, anyways great place overall amazing experience.

The food was very good, but the highlight was the service provided by Bill. He was very attentive when needed and when he was helping others. Someone else stepped in right away to attend to our needs. We will be back.

when i had came in I was sat in a section surrounded by dirty tables, which already wasn’t a great first impression. Then I got a chipped coffee cup with lipstick still on it which is just plain gross. The wait staff was slow and my food came out at random times. Everything was pretty mediocre and definitely not worth what they charge. The only good thing in my eyes was probably the coffee

Definitely felt welcome walking in the door. And, several workers told us to have a nice day when we were leaving.
We didn’t have any specialty items from this huge two sided menu.
Our food came pretty fast !
Coffee could be stronger (or have a stronger option)
The floors need to be steam cleaned. It was the first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors.

Stopped in for their bottomless griddle. Which basically means bottomless pancakes, waffles and/or French toast. First off, Mo, my server was great! Then the food was also delicious. I started off with the cinnamon swirl pancakes (AMAZING)...Then I tried the salted caramel and banana waffles and next the pumpkin filled French toast. Now the second and third dish was more sweet than I would've liked but I have to say they were made well, presented beautifully and tasted good.
I'll definitely be back to enjoy other dishes with family and friends.
Absolutely will never be back. Worst breakfast I ever had in my life. How do you not know how to cook eggs or hash browns??? Also, $20 for two eggs, hashbrowns and a coffee for one person??? Prices are insane for such bad food. Eggs were hard and not over easy. Toast was hard as a rock. Hashbrowns were extremely salty. Literally not joking this was the worst breakfast I ever had. Unbelievable.
