I placed & paid for an order for a large Tim Bits online on April 7th. When I went to the store they could not fill the order. They told me they could not refund the order & that I had to call corporate. I have now called corporate 3 times, finally to be told the store had to provide the refund. I have repeatedly called the store, and they have consistently blown me off and ignored me. They have stolen $80 for donuts they never provided. I went into this location this morning only to be turned away and told to go through the drive-thru. The lobby was open🤦😬. This is not the first time at this location. Poorly run and very disappointed.
