Been a customer for years and they make a great pie. Placed an order today and they didn't make it. Came to pick it up and there was no record of it. They made my order but no benefit given for their error. Kinda an obvious thing to do in a customer service driven business. Maybe it's time to take a break here.

I've been to New York City and tried pizza all over, and Tomato Apizza beats many of the places I ate there.
