My friend occasionally goes to Wendy’s for dinner. She enjoys chicken nuggets and french fries. Sometimes I go along but never order anything. Young female counter attendant never greets us, smiles or thanks us. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Friend mentioned last two visits same counter attendant greeted her, smiled and thanked her. first of all i have to appreciate the person who took my order , he was so polite and the way he approached me was so professional and in a humble way , i didn’t get a chance to ask him name !! for sure i will go tomorrow to ask him name
Come to Wendy’s I don’t expect it to be a five star experience, but heaven was very nice and took the time to explain the deals that they had going on. I hope she gets a little recognition for her hard work and kindness.
