I ordered a pickup today and didn't get the chance to realize they forgot a couple sliders because they called me on the way home to let me know and gave a sweet treat for the inconvenience. I frequent this white castle alot when I have the craving for some sliders.They use the ai assistant to take orders and this can sometimes cause a mix up. They have a new garlic cheese that is excellent and we wanted to try but when we got to the window it was put in the system as if we wanted extra cheese. When we arrived at the window a lovely professional employee by the name of Irene verified our order and fixed the mistake and had everything freshly prepared for us. I really...
