Me and my friends went through the drive through and we ordered a total of 4 drinks, some hash browns, and a chocolate donut. They brought out the hash browns first and then it took them 10 min to bring out the first 2 drinks. They completely forgot about the other 2 and when we told them about the drinks, they brought them out and one of them had cold foam when I didn’t even ask for it. They also forgot about the donut, didn’t even bring that out to us. Not the best service...

I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through and overall had a solid experience that matched what you’d expect from the brand. The drive-through line moved fairly quickly, even during a busy time, which is a big plus for anyone grabbing coffee on the go. The ordering process was smooth, and the staff member taking my order was polite, clear, and efficient.

When I reached the window, the employee was friendly and professional, which made the interaction...

Turns out the tea is perfect. I enjoyed their bacon bits as well with a tummy take over. The holiday drinks are never bad in general. I am shooting for the stars with their decaf… of course I know I can make this recipe at home but this is more sweet & tasty than what I have going on for sure!
