A few weeks ago, I tried the mushroom soup at Pectora Negra in downtown Farmington, and it was absolutely incredible. It was so good that I had three bowls, one after another. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, it was honestly one of the best mushroom soups I've ever had.

Came in on a hunch after a different place lost our booking. Best accident of the month. Sorted us out instantly, food was a proper step up from where we were meant to be, and the staff made us feel like the night had always been heading here. Bill was very fair. Universe knew best, clearly.
