Based on the provided reviews, Spruce and Ash is a restaurant with very good food and service. The food is delicious and exceptional, from appetizers like boom boom shrimp to entrees such as the braised short rib, seasonal pork schnitzel, and smashburger. The bar also offers crafted signature drinks like the maple bourbon old fashion and manhattan. It is a cute little place with very limited seating, so a reservation is recommended. The restaurant is a touch on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Some notes for guests include that they do not accept cash except for tips, and they have no cash to break any bills. Also, they could improve on spacing out the meal, as one order of French onion soup came right away with a Smashburger. Overall, it was not a bad experience, and the food, staff, and service are excellent.
