Based on the reviews, Thai Princess (Farmington) is an amazing and authentic Thai restaurant. The food is delicious, flavorful, and fresh, with layers of flavor in dishes like the salad, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai Curry with vegetables and tofu, pad won sen, pad Thai, chicken satay, shrimp fresh roll, eggplant and tofu dish, and pad cashew with chicken and shrimp. The menu designates what is gluten free and vegan by request, and there are very good vegetarian options. The atmosphere is gorgeous and impeccable, with a great ambience and friendly staff. The only suggestion was to bring food out more slowly for a finer dining experience. The spice level is perfect, and the medium spice actually has heat. Portion sizes are a bit smaller than usual, but the taste is good. This is the best Thai place around, and customers will definitely be returning.
