Today, March 20, 2025, I had my best drive-through experience ever at a Wendy’s. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name, but I’m sure if the store manager reads this review they will know exactly who I am talking about. I went to use my 2.00 coupon for doing a survey. My 1st experience was not good, my sandwich was hard and awful. I asked today to have my sandwich made fresh. I had to wait, but Melissa made it and it was super hot, fresh, cooked perfectly. I called her to let her know I appreciate her attention to my request. She was great!!
This Wendies is doing a lot better now, so I wanted to update my review. The staff is friendly and timely. I have no complaints about this location anymore, which makes me happy because I love their breakfast sandwiches.
