The staff who helped me select some wine to try was phenomenal! I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to wine! She was very kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything so well! I absolutely enjoyed sitting out by the fire and the staff was wonderful about checking in and refilling if needed.
If there was ever a place I felt like Norm from Cheers, this is it. The staff is AMAZING, the wine is great, the setting is perfect with vibes surrounding the lovely back patio and yard area (don’t miss it in the fall with all the colors). The Michigan Wine Company is a wonderful little spot to enjoy some of southern Michigan's best wine! Although we visited several local vineyards, the absolute best was Michigan Wine. Their wines were way above expectations, and they had nice food selections too. It's a relatively new establishment, but their vintner shows real expertise.
