“If there was ever a place I felt like Norm from Cheers, this is it. The staff is AMAZING, the wine is great, the setting is perfect with vibes surrounding the lovely back patio and yard area (don’t miss it in the fall with all the colors). The atmosphere and clientele is diverse, chill, and perfect for a stop before AND after a trip to the lake. We’ve been members for a couple of years and couldn’t be happier with our investment. Joe and his team are second to none in the area. If you’re coming to Saugatuck/Fennville area and enjoy living life to the fullest, make sure to lock in a trip to Michigan Wine Co. See you there!“
“A wonderful atmosphere and delicious cider! Very kid friendly. We even got to meet the guy who started it and chat with him for a long time. There lots to explore if you take the paths they’ve made around the beautiful property. They let you bring in your own food too which I always love with little kids. Highly recommend can’t wait to go again!“

“Dining tonight was a real treat. My favorite part, when I asked for a dessert recommendation, the response was: “there’s one that’s making people really happy right now!” - that’s actually how I would describe each dish we had tonight. They made me really happy. They made me smile. And a bonus…just ask what drink to pair with each plate and you’ll get a perfect recommendation. Borrow some time out of your busy life and go to Borrowed Time. It’s time well spent.“

He made great recommendation and was very knowledgeable. He created such a memorable experience that we are planning to take my parents to the actual winery.“

“Be nice there are younger people who work here . Probably their first job . Very cute concept. Plenty of outdoor seating(picnic tables) Prices are cheaper than most restaurants downtown. A little slower than i thought it would be . I did order online to got there & my order wasn’t ready yet in which. They explained why and made up for it. They do charge a small fee for ordering online. Super sweet staff. Although I do believe my sandwich had the wrong cheese . It was still decent I mean it is a grilled cheese shack not a 5 star bouji restaurant . If you want something simple & quick for the most part. They do have corn hole boards as well. I’d definitely come here if you have little ones who can’t sit still in a restaurant. Small variety . But it’s a grilled cheese. If you have a bigger order prepare to wait .“
“Even though we're 2 1/2 hours away, this is in our regular rotation. Great beer, one of the best burgers anywhere, and good service. My wife is a huge fan of their Blueberry Lemonade Shandy, and we've never had a bad meal here. Love the patio, also.“
