We are regular diners over at the Laundry, but we were feeling adventurous and decided to finally try Crust. We don't know why we waited so long... the food and service are incredible. I had the sweet potato hash, and my partner ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. Perfection! We will be back!

You’ve got to be kidding me! In Michigan? In Fenton? Literally the best quiche I’ve ever had, and yes, I’ve bounced around Europe and France. We bought multiple quiches for a wedding party. Huge hit. Was lucky enough to have a spare. Froze it, thawed, then reheated. PERFECT. Here’s the crazy part -I threw the leftovers from the previously frozen one in the microwave 2 days later, and the crust was flaky.

We found Crust by accident driving by and came the next day for breakfast. Everything is scratch made and we bought pastries, bread and had breakfast. If you are in the area or just visiting I highly recommend stopping! Generous portions l, flavorful, amazing staff.
