There was a long wait even though we were the only ones there. Such a long wait that they gave us the stuff for free. Someone must have messed up and had to redo the whole thing.

VERY RUDE STAFF. The girl at the window with the darker hair and glasses always has an attitude and is so rude. I told her I had a mobile order and she LAUGHED AT ME through the speaker. I then get to the window and she gives me my food. With my cream cheese on my bagel AND left it untoasted when i specifically asked for it to be toasted dark. (I ordered the cream cheese on the side) and gave me the smallest amount of cream cheese. Everytime I go here I have an issue with my order. It’s ran by teenagers who genuinely have no work ethic and can’t be bothered to care about the customers

I went there looking to get a Wicked tin but they were sold out so I bought a Wicked cup holder instead. The employee there was amazing. He was so friendly and searched all over the store for me a tin. I wish I knew his name because he was so friendly and sweet. Truly wish all employees were like him. I will come back just because he was so nice.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helped us, which I can look by sometimes but the other events make this experience horrible.
1. The time stamp of the order was 12:20 however we did get the first drink by 12:30ish. However, by the time I got my food it was 12:50 and there was a long black hair in it. I hadn’t even gotten my own drink so we got a refund for the food and the drink that we were still waiting on (and hadn’t even began to be made).
2. What makes this more frustrating is that the people who came after us in line were all getting their items before us and the drive thru was getting cleared before the front was ever getting help.
3. We were polite when we asked for the refund but a staff member made it seem like we were inconveniencing her when we were the ones waiting nearly an hour just to revive 1 drink, no second drink, and long hair in the food. The staff member said that she couldn’t give us a printed receipt because they needed to keep it for her boss??? We took a picture of it, so at least that was settled.
As someone who has worked in this business for 2 years, this was the place where fast food gets its horrible reputation as well as customer service

Bacon egg cheese bagel - asked if it was toasted and told yes. After 5 minutes I was served a rubberized bagel not toasted with an egg that literally disintegrated into mush when I touched it. Rude staff ignores you standing at counter - looks straight at you but won't say a word. Donuts are crusty and gross.

Extremely rude and not able to handle multiple orders. Can not seem to get a coffee right no matter how many times your order it. They also ignore customers in the lobby for the drive thru. Do not recommend this location. Visit the Hartland one instead!!!

Like the other Bridget said below, this is the worst Dunkin ever. Every other dunkin I’ve been too can get it perfectly right but for some reason this one keeps getting worse. I ordered a Carmel craze signature latte and it was literally luke warm at best and not only that the cup looked disgusting like they had not washed their hands and left dirty coffee fingerprint stains on my cup. That is so gross, like who wants to drink from a cup with someone’s nasty dirty fingerprints on it. And again like others have said, I thought maybe this time would be different ordering from here after almost a year of not ordering but nope. And then, when my boyfriend went in and told them my coffee was luke warm at best and would like a hot one please and in a clean cup, he said they looked at him like he was crazy, remade it but made some nasty pumpkin spice latte….. big difference than Carmel. My son was also with him and he told me it took them forever to make our stuff too and they were the only ones inside and the drive through was not even packed. All that to get a Luke warm coffee and then to remake it completely wrong. And fast food workers want more money than what EMTs get paid? Whatever. I’ll join the other Bridget at Starbucks 😂

They are fast and very friendly. When it comes to Doughnuts 🍩 🍩 Dunkin' is where I go.

The staff is NOT friendly. The coffee I’ve gotten from them has been some of the worst I have ever had. So bad that I have gone back and requested a new coffee.
