I visited the drive-through today and ordered ten Munchkin donuts. They were placed in a bag, and I inquired if boxes were no longer used. The response was negative. Additionally, each time I attempt to order the ham and Swiss sandwich, it is unavailable. This is quite frustrating, and the absence of a small box for the donuts is also disappointing.

So let me just start by saying, most of the time we go there it's a good experience but lately it's just been bad. Today I stopped by to get my husband and I an iced carmel macchiato. I got our drinks and the one clearly didn't have any coffee in it. It's a treat and expensive getting these things so I politely said I'm sorry but this one doesn't look right I don't think there's coffee in it. The girl said she saw it come out of the machine it's just mixed up and I said again I'm sorry but it really doesn't look right (this is the only drink I ever get it was clearly just milk) she snatched it out of my hands without saying anything and a few minutes later a guy all but shoved a new drink at me without saying a word. I get it working food service can be hard I certainly never want to work in it again but if you're going to do a job try to do it right. I wasn't rude at all I just wanted what I paid over $11 for. It seems every time this set of staff is there our order is always messed up. I think some more training needs to be put into the staff and attitudes left at the door.

went in this morning for donuts and a drink and i had ordered two bagel minis also. i got my drink and the guy helped us with our donuts but i was still waiting on my bagel minis. we stood there for over 5 minutes with all of the workers looking at us like we were stupid. finally my boyfriend asked if they had them and they said they would get them. the girl continues to bring over my bagel minis and i put my hand out so i can grab them and she just throws the bag on the counter and walks away??? like okay…?? then i get out to the car after i was bamboozled by the way she threw the bag and the bagels were cold.

Coffee is good, food is not very good (sandwiches are bland and dry - hashbrowns are always undercooked and gross) and if you go inside they will ignore you.

The entire establishment was unfriendly, and made me feel uncomfortable. Nobody acknowledged me when I came in, after waiting 5 minutes I asked about my order and received the rudest response. I waited 5 more minutes and a gentlemen I had not seen prior asked me have I been helped. Whole time my order was all ready ready before I arrived.

The weekend crew customer service sucks!!!!
My wife orders every morning before work. I go on Sat. and Sun. Mobil ordering is a JOKE!! What’s the point of ordering ahead when you have to stand in a line to get the order. There is a table for online order put it there. The tall guy with greasy hair and glasses is a prick!!

Placed a mobile order, I live 10-15 minutes away, got there, no order ready. No one asked if needed help or if I was waiting for any orders. Had to wait an extra 30 min’s. Only person to come up to help me was Will. As usual. Great, great Employee. But nobody should have to wait for an order they placed a while ago. Two ice coffees and a piece of avocado toast. Thankfully, very simple and fast, to make, and Will got me squared away. But there seems to be no one watching the mobile order tickets. This is now the 3rd time it’s happened, but this is the first time I’m talking about it.

I don’t know why the reviews are so negative. Sure, during busy times the service can be a bit slow, but never more than 5 minutes in the drive thru (though normally less than 3). Staff are generally really friendly. There’s one girl who can be quite short but I don’t believe the whole establishment should be punished for her actions.

I don’t usually write reviews, but seeing this location get so much criticism made me want to write about my experiences. I’ve had an incorrect order once, my sandwich was wrong and the donut I received was not the apple fritter. But, after calling, and telling them what happened, I was giving a free replacement for whenever I came back and profuse apologies from the girl taking my order.

The only thing I had a bad experience with was during the evenings recently. Service is slow after about 6pm I noticed (they close at 7pm). I don’t blame the staff, honestly I feel bad for them. I ordered a latte and a sandwich and while I got my drink quickly, it seemed like the girl taking my order also made my drink then had to start my food after. When I went to pay, she spoke on her headset saying she’d be with them in a moment, yelled to the what I assume was a person inside the same thing, then apologized to me for having to grab my food. I cold tell she was stressed when I got my food she practically ran away to help the people inside. I don’t blame her for what is obviously a flaw in staffing, but really, as much as I love Fenton Dunkin’, do not go after 5:30-6:00pm, your service will be slow and the staff are too busy to make conversation.

Expect your frozen drinks to be separated due to employee negligence of the machine they use for them. This location is a joke. The franchisee should be ashamed.

We're given the wrong order. The drinks and donuts were not what was ordered. The girl at the window refused to take the drinks back immediately after they were handed to me and argued about our order. We were not happy, but just kept the drinks we were given. Once we got home, we realized that the donuts weren't the donuts we ordered either. We've never had any problem with this location before, so this was rather disappointing.
