The McDonald's at Durand usually does well, but a recent experience was disappointing. Despite fresh food, missing items and improperly made sandwiches were a letdown. The staff is generally great, but one employee stood out for being rude and unkempt. However, the store is still enjoyable overall, especially with the good and professional young workers. Overall, it's one of the better McDonald's locations visited, alongside Thompson Rd. and Owen Rd. branches.
