Came through the drive through an hour before closing time, sat for 15 minutes behind a vehicle that wasn't moving or ordering. When we pulled around to leave an employee was sitting in the car in uniform blocking customers from ordering at the drivethru! Wouldn't have been an issue if we pulled up and someone said something over the speakers saying they were closed... but that was just really rude and so crazy actually, I would never get away with that at my job...
They always have something not working and staff stand around in groups. Noticed this a lot. They are very slow.
