This is for the Durand location. This location usually does very well. Last week, they must have been having a bad day. I ordered 3 sets of 2 pies and 3 mcchickens. There were only 2 pies in the bag. I told the window person, and she goes and gets more pies and hands me another bag. I left. Later, when I opened the bag, there were only 3 pies in the bag, and 2 of the mcchickens had no mayo. In the grand scheme of things, no big deal, but a mcchicken with no mayo is gross.

I don’t know how they do it but this is consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Cold food, messing up orders, no one will acknowledge you inside but employees will point at and talk about you. Even if you’re the only person in line, expect to spend at least 20 minutes there.

Small place, very small. Under staffed, won't take your order at the counter, gave me the wrong order as well....
This mcds gets ur order wrong 90% of the time. U ask for something specific like no pickles, light ice, whatever n they ignore it every time. Plus the fries r always cold. N getting someone to wait on u in the lobby...well u might as well go thru the drive thru! ?
