The service was very fast even at lunch time, but my order was wrong, and my sandwich had a price sticker in it. I ordered a fish sandwich with no cheese and light tarter. This was clearly marked on a ticket attached to the top of the fish sandwich carton. It had cheese in it, and the sticker was in the cheese.

The McDonald's at Durand usually does well, but a recent experience was disappointing. Despite fresh food, missing items and improperly made sandwiches were a letdown. The service has been great at times, but some employees have been noted for their lack of customer service and attitude. There are concerns about the food not always following the original recipes, which affects the taste. However, the store is still enjoyable overall, especially with the good and professional young workers. Many customers appreciate using the McDonald's App for savings and the convenience it brings. Overall, it's one of the better McDonald's locations visited, alongside Thompson Rd. and Owen Rd. branches.
