I love Starbucks but today we stopped in to the one in Fenton next to nail place. They told us it would be a 40 min wait ! Yes 40 mins there were maybe 6 patrons in the place. ? I do not understand?? There were at least 4 or more workers.
Love everything about Starbucks,from the drinks to the staff.They are the greatest and when your not to sure on things they give you suggestions,which turn out to be great!!
Today I went to Starbucks inside target. I was bummed that they didn’t bring back eggnog latte. But the man there (I believe named Sean?) He was exceptional! He made me a sample of all the holiday drinks so I could find a new favorite. Not many out there like him. I thank you for going the extra mile, you are an example of what customer service should be. AAA’s🥳
