Place clean but kiosk inside not working, took over 10 minutes for someone anyone to acknowledge us at the counter. Finally a girl came up, took are order. Took another 15 mins for two very small ice cream fudge Sundays. Another person in front of us said waiting for drink cups over 20 mins. He Said worked as a kid for McDonald's and hate how the acknowledgement of staff inside the fast food chain has change, i felt the same.
Great experience....Only question is why this even made it inside and in sight.
Fast, friendly and not damaged.

McDonald's on Owen Road offers a dining experience with friendly staff and delicious food. The burgers are perfectly chargrilled, providing a unique flavor, and the toppings are carefully arranged. The fries are often hot, crispy, and lightly salted, though there have been instances where they could have been cooked a bit more. The restaurant has ample parking, making it easily accessible.
The management has taken swift action to address customer concerns and shows genuine commitment to providing excellent service. The majority of customers enjoy their food and experience at this McDonald's, especially praising the overnight staff. Customers come between 9 PM and 3 AM for amazing food and service, particularly from ANNIE, who is known for serving fresh fries.
During lunch, customers have also reported positive experiences, like meeting Jinx, the dining room hostess, who was pleasant and kind, bringing food, offering refills, and taking trays. While the food may not be the healthiest, the restaurant is considered kid-friendly, with a playscape that children love.
