Did a drive-thru order today and was caught off guard by their new AI ordering.....btw so dumb....anyways, a young boy came on and very rudely said, "It only takes your order. What can I get you?" In a very sassy and annoyed tone. I guess he wasn't amused, and we weren't fast enough ordering. The place was empty, and there was no reason for his attitude. Hope he knows this will eventually be the reason he won't have a job soon, and AI will rule. LOL...... I will not be returning...read full review
Ordered crunchy taco supremes and a burrito supreme but no sour cream was on any of it! Why does this happen? It wasn't busy...I was the only one in the drive thru...🫤
