I personally never go to Taco Bell anymore because of the outrageous prices but I saw a man today literally slam a drink onto the counter and get it everywhere and the manager was so incredibly professional at handling this situation, props to her.
This place is the king of getting things wrong. No matter what they have something wrong with my order. It usually just simple things like no sour cream or something and always one thing wrong atleast

Good food. Bit pricey it feels since it doesn't have a dollar menu but that's inflation and happens. I'd say I've gotten a few missing items which is the biggest problem with service, occasionally they don't remove or add an ingredient that you request be different from normal on an item but that doesn't happen as often as an item is just missing.
