“My wife and I stopped at the Leroy Rd Subway today around 12:30pm 7/18/2025. The young woman working at the counter should be given a raise, bonus and an award for excellent customer service! She was there all by herself because nobody else came in to work. She handled everything like a PRO. Yes, it took a little extra time for us to get our food but it was worth the wait just watching how she handled at least 3 pick up orders ahead of us and then our 2 sandwiches. She didn't complain, she was very cheerful and had a GREAT attitude, which is hard to find these days. We haven't had a Subway sandwich since COVID and we didn't know what to expect. I don't know what her name is but the store owner will know because like i said, she was working by herself. We will definitely be back and i hope she is there when we return.“
“This is the only location in quite a large radius that actually answers their drive through window and doesn't just ignore their customers.Usually you have about a ten to twenty minute, wait for anybody to even acknowledge that you are sitting in the drive through at any other restaurant, but here it's instantly, the second, you pull up. Friendly staff, the food is good.This is how a subway should be“
