I walked in to be greeted kindly by Derek, I was given a gift card and had no idea how much was on it so he helped me figure that out then proceeded to make the sub. We were chatting bout how the day was going and a few other things. But when I say spicy Italian or nothing I mean it.. and this man had to make me one of the best spicy Italians I’ve ever had. Give this man a raise for being a genuine employee, thanks Derek!
Went inside so it would be faster because me and my boyfriend were in a rush and the lady working today on 12/6 around 3:50 instead of helping the young man with our order she started doing the older lady’s order behind us and then had her go in front of us to pay. Extremely disappointed and irritated with the service we received today. Not to mention the lettuce look far from fresh.

The woman working, seemed to be the manager, was so insanely rude to me, the customers behind me, and the other employees. Food was fine. But i couldn’t believe her behavior. Next time I go there, if she’s there I’m just gonna save myself the trouble and walk right back
