Employee coughed over my sandwich. Asked for a remake and got some attitude. Didn't notice until we were out on the boat that he threw away my brother's sandwich, not mine. Now my brother doesn't have the sandwich he wanted, and one of these is a cough sandwich and there's no way of telling which one lol Unreal

My wife and I stopped at the Leroy Rd Subway today around 12:30pm 7/18/2025. The young woman working at the counter should be given a raise, bonus and an award for excellent customer service! She was there all by herself because nobody else came in to work. She handled everything like a PRO. Yes, it took a little extra time for us to get our food but it was worth the wait just watching how she handled at least 3 pick up orders ahead of us and then our 2 sandwiches. She didn't complain, she was very cheerful and had a GREAT attitude, which is hard to find these days. We haven't had a Subway sandwich since COVID and we didn't know what to expect. I don't know what her name is but the store owner will know because like i said, she was working by herself. We will definitely be back and i hope she is there when we return.

Dont even bother trying the drive thru, they ignore it. There is not one customer inside so I know they aren't busy. Nobody answers the phone call nobody acknowledges customers. How is this even open. If yiu dont want customers you should close and not just ignore them. Waited in the drivethru for 10 mins and called. Insane way to run a business.

I love the Subway on N. Leroy. The ingredients are always fresh. The bread is soft and fresh. The employees are always kind and happy to help! I love how there are daily specials! My Italian bmt was delicious and it was nice to get a meal that will feed me for lunch and dinner for less than $11!! Good chip choices too!

My last visit here. Pulled into drive through. Nobody working it. Finally had to go inside. Just two people working and seemed like they didn't know what was goin on. No sight of a mgr or someone to help these poor souls out. Sandwich was awful. Why this place is still open baffles me. I usually have a much better experience at Subway. Not this one.

This place sucks. Every time you pull in you hear oh it's going to be await who's got time to wait when you're on your lunch break. Absolutely ridiculous just trying to get a damn sandwich for lunch this is like the 7th or 8th time I've had to put up with this crap so I go all the way across town for now on to Jersey Mike's. I have never waited so long for two submarine sandwiches in my life the guy behind the counter looks like he's enjoying conversation more with people in the store and taking care of customers through the drive thru. And from the looks of things the amount of money I'm spending my sandwiches look extremely light on ingredients and meat. Back when I was a kid we were told to shut up and work.. Some 15 minutes later this guy still can't figure out what vegetables should be on my sandwich. People only have so much time on their lunch hour what the hell is this.

This place changed everything and got gross. Was looking at the mold and grease around the containers of toppings etc... not shocked when all four of us felt sick 30 minutes after eating in the middle of a boat ride. Super fun trying to see who could hold the inevitable the longest. Yikes... will be passing on subway from now on.
