Texas Roadhouse Reviews
I just ate at Texas Roadhouse in Fenton and our server, Crystal was wonderful and excellent!! This is the best service we ever got there. I can not speak enough on how good she was. The food was also great!!
Wait staff is very good! But to be a steakhouse that cannot cook a steak properly! Sending out raw food, I personally would be afraid of chicken. Your family is finished by the time your food returns. Not a new steak, just the same one served incorrectly, now with cold onions and mushrooms on top. Just wanted to enjoy a meal with my family on New Year's Day. 100% disappointed. Time to go home and cook a meal for myself.

Texas Roadhouse offers great service and satisfying food at good prices. Despite being busy, the staff is attentive and friendly, with K.J. standing out for his excellent service. The restaurant provides plenty of vegetarian options and is a popular choice for dining in or pickup orders. Customers have praised the to-go service, noting that orders are accurately prepared, with extras like condiments and butter for the rolls. The food remains warm and fresh even after arriving home, making for a great experience overall. Many customers appreciate the friendly and prompt service, as well as the consistently well-cooked meals such as lobster, filet mignon, Ribeye, and parmesan chicken. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with staff showing genuine care for guests’ experiences, often checking in to ensure satisfaction. The restaurant stays open later than other local options, adding to its appeal. However, parking can be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues, as there are limited handicap parking spaces and wheelchair accessibility is limited. Finding a handicapped spot and getting a wheelchair inside can be difficult, and staff assistance is rarely offered. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy dishes like the sirloin, loaded cheese fries, rattlesnake bites, and southwestern sauce, often praising the friendly staff and excellent service. Overall, Texas Roadhouse remains a popular spot for good food and friendly service.
