I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and a plain bagel with butter. They were both black! I went back through the drive-through and then they gave me a bagel that was barely toasted.

I came back to edit my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I had gotten a hold of someone from the afternoon crew and he took my name down and said when I came back up in the future they would fix the issue. When I went in the afternoon crew was great and resolved the shortage immediately. Changed my view on this location completely. ------------ First time at this Tim Hortons, paid for a 40 pack of tim bits, got home, opened the 40 pack box to find 20 tim bits in the package. Tried calling because I can't get back up to the store to see what can be done, and no one will answer the phone.

I ordered breakfast this morning and it was gross! The hash browns were old and hard. I took them up to the counter and the guy said we won't be dropping more for 15 minutes and walked away. I said I wanted my money back and he just ignored me. Went back to the table to eat my Sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit totally fell apart! I needed a fork to eat it. We left everything on the table and waljed out. Never again will I go to any Tim Hortons. The guy was very rude and needs to be fired.

Today, I decided to give this location another shot after not after not eating here for about a year from previous problems with this establishment. I'm not surprised that the same problems are still occurring. I ordered the farmers wrap and had a pleasant experience with the cashier. I watched her glove up and begin to make my food. As I watched her make my food, I noticed an employee walk around with one glove on with cash in said gloved hand and paid no mind to it in the moment. Then he told the lady making my wrap that he would finish it. Not only did he not glove his other hand, he proceeded to handle my food with an ungloved hand. When I asked him if he changed his gloves after handling cash with them, he said that he did, but I did not see him change gloves. I inspected my food afterwards and noticed that it was lacking the Chipotle sauce that the farmers wrap comes with. Ultimately, I threw the wrap away. I will not be back to this location.

Usually I ignore the lack luster morning crew personalities because, hey, it is morning and they are at work. Nobody is super jolly about that. However, today I ordered a meal that was by far the worst food I have ever received from a drive thru. The hashbrown was not only cold but tasted old. Like if you made a baked potato last night and then left it out, put it under a heat lamp at noon and had it for an afternoon snack of botulism.
The sandwich was filled with egg that was the temperature of the cooler from the BP down the street. The bagel was not warm and when I said everything bagel, i wasn’t aware that meant fuzzy mold.
When I took it back, the manager could not have cared less to know they were serving food that could make people sick. As I tried to explain that my meal was horrible and handed him the bag to see, he cut me off and just wanted to give me a refund.
So, I guess go here for breakfast if you want penicillin bc the bagel’s mold will suffice.
I would never write a review for lukewarm food or a grumpy Gus in the window but this was wild. Like I said, I can get over things bc I don’t want a gourmet meal when I hit up a Timmy’s. However, as a food service worker, I was mortified that this would ever be served to the public.
Guess I have to find a new place to get my crappy breakfast choices.

Everytime I go to this location I'm always disappointed. My drink order is always the same a vanilla iced coffee one cream one sugar. Today I went and I ordered my drink and I start drinking it, theres no vanilla, hardly any cream, and like no sugar. Already pushing time to go to work I did not have the time to go inside to get them to correct this. I'm never going to this location again because the quality of food is so inconsistent its always a disappointment. Save your time and go to the better one on Owen Rd.

I was able to just walk in and these people were just the nicest people ever. I had to pick up an absurd amount of donuts for my students and they handled it like it was no big deal! I will forever be greatful towards them since they allowed me to make my students' day!

I live in Fenton and the Silverlake Tim Hortons are not fresh and the staff is not friendly if I go to Hill Road or grand Blanc, the freshness is night and day. Why aren’t they fresh at Silverlake?
