I live in Fenton and the Silverlake Tim Hortons are not fresh and the staff is not friendly if I go to Hill Road or grand Blanc, the freshness is night and day. Why aren’t they fresh at Silverlake?

crazy farmer

DO NOT ORDER CHAI TEA FROM HERE!!!! I get chai tea lattes all the time and never have i had one this bad. My cup was literally just ice and milk and even the milk was questionable tasting. Also food was not great. I will not be returning to this location.

James and the crew are wonderful. I stop there every morning, and choose this location for the great service and friendly team.

Came in today with great expectations but the coffees were bland and tasteless, the hash browns were not fresh and the front desk taking the order as directed.

James makes this my morning coffee stop. The drive through is fast and friendly, which is exactly what is needed in the morning.

I go to Tim Hortons' drive thru a couple of times a week. I love their coffee and fresh, delicious donuts. Service is always fast, friendly, and served with a smile 😃

Parking: Drive thru feels safe, and the area is always cleared of snow and debris.

Went to order a triple triple and Oreo ice Capp, the triple triple tasted burnt and had no sugar put in, and I got a regular ice cap at least they didn’t give the whipped topping like I asked.

I honestly visit this location 364 days a year. Since James became the manager, I've yet to have a complaint. I am met with the same smiling faces day after day (who most know my order from the sound of my voice) and I've not waited more than a minute or two to receive my order making - my drive to work much more enjoyable. James and the staff are extremely pleasant and always go above and beyond to make sure my orders, and my days, are wonderful!!! Appreciate you all!!

This Tim's is substantially lacking in availability of ice caps. I once heard a senior employee say to a newer one not to make ice caps after 5pm. Ice caps weren't available today at 3:05 pm. Beef up quality please!!

Bad service and they didn't seem to know how to make their own beverages. Could barely understand the person at the register.

Ordered a chia latte, hashbrown and sandwich. Received a cold coffee, stale hashbrown and an edible sandwich. Terrible....no local phone number to call for a refund. Update: I contacted the customer care team @8 am and was told someone would contact me in 7 to 10 business days. I returned after work to get the correct drink....it was wrong again. Not sure whats wrong with this place.

If you are looking to start your day with a bit of social dystopia with the hint of mild hope. Look no further! The morning team will ensure you are greeted with burden and minimum engagement.

I tried to come back here after a 2 year break, and this Tim Hortons is unfortunately taught marginal customer engagement, and microwave is set on "if not frozen serve breakfast sandwich." The greatest moment is at the window where you are greeted with silence and shoulder as the cashier only acknowledges your existence to hand off the food. But they do have coffee here....so that is a plus side. The coffee is hard boiled to burnt in commercial batches and served hot! Enjoy! RESPECTFULLY. WITH RESPECT.
