I’ve been going to Xolos since it opened years ago. The service is honestly terrible every time I go. The waitresses will stand at the front when you are clearly done with your food in an empty restaurant and it takes forever for them to give you the check, usually I have to stare at them or tell them to come over. Over half of the staff do not know how to use the machine for the checks. Sometimes when I go with groups they will give us our food all mixed up on different plates....
I ordered an El pastor and nachos to go. The nachos were good but not great and somewhat small for the price. I love El pastor and Xolos was good but not great, slightly dry but still good. I plan on coming back to try more options in person.
1st time here was Thurs, 06/20/24. They don't provide chips & salsa like other places. We did the trio with Mexican salsa, salsa verde, & queso. I liked all of them, but hubby & daughter didn't care for the verde. Drinks are a bit expensive, but all they provide is top-notch liquor so it makes sense. Service was great. Checked in often but it wasn't bothersome. ?
