Oh my! I found a new to me delicious Arabic restaurant in Ferndale Has anyone been here before?! Really flavorful, beyond reasonably priced food and super nice owners! I guess they've been open since June 2019 and they are from Iraq There is seating inside but appears most of their business is to go, but I wanted to sit outside and they accommodated me by bringing out a chair and a table I guess normally there is outdoor seating too Smooth hummus, crisp/fresh tabouli, tasty grape leaves, good tawook, and a lot of torshi too Did the 'make your own plate' with 4 items They gifted me my beverage and a piece of baklava (which I will try later as I'm stuffed) Definitely enough left overs for another meal! Added bonus--free parking in the back!
The fattoush salad is hands down the most incredibly vibrant and fresh salad in the area. Usually when I order a salad on the side it's your standard onion/lettuce/tomato/dressing but this salad is like the song Bohemian Rhapsody and your taste buds are Wayne and Garth. I don't know why you're still reading this. Go get that salad.

This has become my favorite spot in the Detroit area, the food is consistently incredible and the service is friendly and prompt, the lady who I assume owns/runs the place is so sweet and welcoming mashaAllah. I typically get the falafel or chicken shawarma sandwich, the ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. The falafel sandwich is hands down the best I've ever had it's really an experience. You also HAVE to try their smoothies, tasty and healthy. I will definitely continue to visit Babylon Garden whenever I am in Detroit inshaAllah.

The family that runs this place are absolutely amazing people.Always so kind and helpful.The food is AMAZING.I have driven 30 minutes each way to get the Chicken Fattoush Salad it’s the best one o have ever had.I have tried a few other things from here as well and loved everything.The chicken lemon rice soup is to die for as well.

Wow! I’m not sure how long BG has been in Ferndale, but I’ve been majorly missing out! Extremely well priced and quality food. The very berry smoothie was amazing!! My bf and I got the chicken shawarma plate for lunch and have dinner now as well! Tasty, not salty and very fresh. We will be regulars now!
