Not recommended! Do not online order anything from this location! I was told that by management. They only have about 1/4(and that’s generous) of the items offered online so they can never fulfill your order, and in order to cancel your order, you have to spend about 2 hours on the phone with corporate, just to be told you have to return to the store location to receive your refund. Their Customer Service probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s almost like it’s everyone’s first day on the job every time you go in. I personally will never be going back and unless you just have disposable time to throw away, I wouldn’t recommend any one else going to this location either.

They rarely have any good flavors and they NEVER answer the phone. I would like to order on Uber eats but I don’t know what flavor ice cream they actually have at the location. I always try calling business to double check if they have the items before I place an order. But I never get an answer here it’s kind of annoying. Don’t even get me started on the service when you’re actually there. I don’t even know what I expected but this is the nearest location to my home.UPDATE: after calling 20+ calls I finally get an answer. For just 15 seconds of their time. Thank you.

I drive all the way from Troy to the Ferndale location and was met with attitude. Only like 3 choices of donuts available, ok cool. Ask the guy how many munchkins come in a box, he points at the menu and walks off. (Rudeness). Smdh... Finally he comes back, I place order and tell him I wanted to add a Cappuccino Blast. He tells me no he's not making one ,it's too late. Uh excuse me, it's 11:10pm. I came all the way from other side of town wth I'm thinking. I say excuse me what do you mean, he ,with a snotty attitude say it's after 11:00 I'm closing down. I say sir, it says online you close at 12, he says oh oh they didn't change that yet....I'm not making you one.. like wowww I won't be back there ever again. Like since I was already in there and you guys messed up on the time you couldn't make me a Cappuccino Blast....wow. With attitude for no reason. I'll never be back again. I hate spending my money with people that act like you owe them or something. Business not appreciated. Like them cold knat infested donuts be all that. I'm calling the health inspector!

Straight up said no when I asked for a milkshake, I saw the blender behind him.
This place sucks ordered a custom cake a week in advance for a surprise party the day of the party they called and said they could not make the cake because they didn't have the flavor of ice cream and when we asked for a refund the ladyRefused to refund us and hung up on us! They are very rude here I would never use them again and would recommend no one else does either!
