I drive all the way from Troy to the Ferndale location and was met with attitude. Only like 3 choices of donuts available, ok cool. Ask the guy how many munchkins come in a box, he points at the menu and walks off. (Rudeness). Smdh... Finally he comes back, I place order and tell him I wanted to add a Cappuccino Blast. He tells me no he's not making one ,it's too late. Uh excuse me, it's 11:10pm. I came all the way from other side of town wth I'm thinking. I say excuse me what do you mean, he ,with a snotty attitude say it's after 11:00 I'm closing down. I say sir, it says online you close at 12, he says oh oh they didn't change that yet....I'm not making you one.. like wowww I won't be back there ever again. Like since I was already in there and you guys messed up on the time you couldn't make me a Cappuccino Blast....wow. With attitude for no reason. I'll never be back again. I hate spending my money with people that act like you owe them or something. Business not appreciated. Like them cold knat infested donuts be all that. I'm calling the health inspector!

This place sucks ordered a custom cake a week in advance for a surprise party the day of the party they called and said they could not make the cake because they didn't have the flavor of ice cream and when we asked for a refund the ladyRefused to refund us and hung up on us! They are very rude here I would never use them again and would recommend no one else does either!

The ice cream of course is always amazing but the service needs alot of work as the people there are very rude. The only reason we go are because they usually have really good flavors when other locations don't. But those people really need to be more customer oriented.

The first thing you will notice is that the business very dirty inside and out. It's not well maintained. Ice cream portions are small, not a true scoop. Always empty space in the freezer, not many flavor options--- 14 flavor options tonight and some appeared freezer burned or just really old. The employees have never been friendly in my experience. Avoid this place

Wanted a waffle cone. They said we don't have. Okay a single scoop in a cup of you have that. Boyfriend asks for a banana split. We don't have banana. Okay a hot fudge sundae. We don't have hot fudge. He says then 2 scoops of this ice cream. She asked do you still want a sundae? How you don't have hot fudge, or sprinkles? We get our order in a cup. Over 10.00 and we asked what about spoons? Out of spoons. How are we supposed to eat this? She says take it home. If we knew that we could have stopped at Ferndale foods to buy ice cream and took it home. Never again.
