Drove 20 mins in a blizzard and starving just to get turned down because they don't accept 100 dollar bills??? Are u serious im ordering 50 dollars worth and I cant use a 100. This location will newer get my business again

Ordered via the app for pickup and it was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. Smoothie was cold, fresh and delicious!

My favorite drink here is the Carlo's Detox. Always on point and made in a timely manner. The employees are friendly and helpful. I love this place.

I don’t walk into this location very often but my experience today hasn’t left a good impression. When I arrived for my pickup order I had to double check to make sure I was at the right place because all the lights were off except for the area behind the counter, it was 2 hours before closing. I asked if they were closed and the staff responded with “no, it’s just the vibe right now”. I picked up my smoothies which tasted great but were more watery than they usually are. I had placed the order 10 mins prior so I can’t imagine they would melt that fast but I’m not totally sure so maybe that’s on me. Regardless, it seemed lazy and weird to present the store as closed with all the lights off a whole 2 hours before actual closing and saying it’s just the vibe lol. Anyway it’s definitely deterred me from coming back to this location unless it’s my only option.

I liked the idea of a fast-casual level place with reasonable prices and fairly healthy offerings. Tasty food as well. In fact, I liked it conceptually enough to overlook some of the wellness pseudoscience and the worst parking lot in the world (the latter not their fault). However, almost every order I got from this particular establishment was at least partially wrong. Usually just one thing, sometimes two. And I would note it through a report and get a refund or whatever, but there was never any improvement. But for a while I kept ordering it because it was convenient and errors never ceased. When I felt fed up I thought for a moment “Hey it’s fast-casual, these aren’t seasoned restaurant workers, etc.,” but then it clicked. I’ve never gotten a wrong order from a Taco Bell or a Hungry Howie’s, and that is about as lo-fi as food gets. So I stopped ordering food. I was close to a rewards point threshold for a free drink though so I opted to get two coffees. I saw them make said coffee by microwaving them. Mine was lukewarm within minutes and the one I was bringing home was legit cold. I have to assume they made the coffee with some “coffee mix” and lukewarm water? Now, I’m done, and felt prompted to write this review. Truly, the most-incapable, incompetent food establishment I have ever frequented. Do not, under any circumstances, give them your business. They do not merit it in the slightest.
