They completely messed up my meal and would not answer the phone. My Hot chocolate had none of the things mentioned in it. They did not put items on my sandwich that I paid for. I'm sitting here with a sick child and now I'm still hungry...pathetic.

I love this coffee shop, I’ve been to all the coffee shops in the Detroit metro area. I love the people and atmosphere. Honestly the drinks are the best. They make them with love and care. My goto during holiday season is the Pumpkin Spice Latte and waffle sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese. Summer time love is all the cold brews with caramel. I always add oatmilk instead of 2% lol. Trust a coffee lover. Thanks biggby Family. Appreciate yall.

My absolute favorite/first choice coffee spot. From the freshness of the drinks, coffee, and food. The cleanliness from the seating to the restrooms and everything in between- Biggby’s is impeccable. A very neighborhood/community oriented location. Everyone is well acquainted from customers to staff. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend the caramel cold brew with sweet foam or for a seasonal drink- pumpkin spice latte (hot or iced are both great, just depends on the mood I’m in!). The maple waffle breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese, and egg is a for sure go to. I come here at least a few days a week. HIGHLY recommend.

The regular lattes are lukewarm, and when you order an extra hot latte you can barely tell the difference. Extra hot lattes at this location are hot lattes but honestly not that hot because I can chug my extra hot latte the second I get it. If I'm ordering an extra hot it's because I want it longer than 5 minutes.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in only to use the wifi, but since I was there I decided to get something to eat. They had no jelly only honey. My sandwich was dry, the frozen mocha mocha I ordered was disgusting, awful. Then when trying to get on the FREE INTERNET I couldn't! They told me to try the Red Olive restaurant next door wifi access and I still couldn't get on! And they all just looked at me like I was a problem! This place is HORRIBLE as I stated earlier in this post. I guess it will be Starbucks from now on, unfortunately. This Biggby was so close to me. Shame. Please hire better workers!!!
