HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in only to use the wifi, but since I was there I decided to get something to eat. They had no jelly only honey. My sandwich was dry, the frozen mocha mocha I ordered was disgusting, awful. Then when trying to get on the FREE INTERNET I couldn't! They told me to try the Red Olive restaurant next door wifi access and I still couldn't get on! And they all just looked at me like I was a problem! This place is HORRIBLE as I stated earlier in this post. I guess it will be Starbucks from now on, unfortunately. This Biggby was so close to me. Shame. Please hire better workers!!!

I had a very upsetting experience at this location, and I feel compelled to share it. I witnessed staff using dirty aprons to wipe down equipment used to make drinks, which is not only unsanitary but unacceptable for any food or beverage establishment. I calmly brought this to the attention of the staff, expecting a professional response.
Instead, the owner, Kyle, responded in a way that was completely disrespectful, dismissive, and belittling. Rather than taking the concern seriously, he spoke to me in a condescending and threatening tone, making it clear he had no interest in addressing the issue or treating a customer with basic respect.
There is no excuse for this kind of behavior, especially from someone in a position of leadership. If this is how they handle legitimate customer concerns about cleanliness and safety, I have serious doubts about the overall standards at this location.
I won’t be returning, and I would strongly caution others to consider how this store handles both hygiene and customer service.

YUM! I had an excellent new latte today. I am very specific about lattes (not in a mean way) but I love a lot of ice. Syd and Gwynn made my drink today and it is so good. Also, if you ever have Krystal take your order, you are in luck, she is the sweetest human being ever. Love this place!!

I would be SO appreciative if Biggby would follow the wonderful trend of dropping plant-milk upcharges. Those of us that choose or need non-dairy should not have to pay so much extra. Please encourage your higher-ups to make this change! I look forward to changing my review to 5 stars. :)

Ya know, there is a lot of coffee options in this area, but this Biggby do it. they are open when ya need them, large menu, nice staff who are very polite even when they have to deal with my groggy ass and i forget my order the second i get to the register. You want a 24oz latte that doesnt break the bank, this is you spot. Any other cafe near here you are probably spending $10 or more for one 16oz or smaller latte. Give your wallet a break, bring it to the staff here at Biggby. Don't forget to Tip.

My PT got me tea from here and it was absolutely delicious. I was informed by a patient that it's Harney & Sons, so now I'm on the lookout for this brand.
The people here are always kind and give me ice water, which is awesome because I work three doors down and sometimes forget my flask and our tap water is gross sometimes. Great service.
