Already read this location is closing. Was there Saturday, during Pride and service was awful. Had I not been on a date I would have walked out. 40 mins after food was delivered, our server came back. No drinks, water or anything to drink and got ticked when I didn't leave a 20% tip. Would never have gone back so the fact that it's closing is a good thing as someone that knows how to run a restaurant might take over that spot.

Went here for my Mother's Day brunch with my husband and our two children. Started with the Billionaires Bacon. The bacon isn't much to write home about, but the sauce they put on it? Makes it 100% worth it! I got the Smothered Potatoes and added two eggs to the top, they were out of carnitas, so they used chorizo. In my option they should change it permanently! So delish! My husband got the Carnitas Benny, and said it was really good too! Will be back for sure!

Went here for my 21st birthday, my server definitely made sure it was extraordinary. The 24K gold wings are also to die for. I can't wait to come back.

Service was slow, food was slow. My club wrap was soggy. We were celebrating my birthday, and when we asked for the dessert menu we were told there were no desserts.Well then take them off the menu. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

For a busy brunch crowd it was disappointing to have to wait for coffee refills; especially considering the server stated "we ran out of coffee." Otherwise a very enjoyable experience

I like their food, but I was disappointed with the fried goat cheese, which according to the menu was supposed to come with Naan. We got the appetizer and asked where the Naan was, and the waitress said it no longer comes with it. So it's overpriced now. Reviews from just a few months still had the Naan in it. I'm thinking they just forgot it.

I love bcb but whoever worked the bar mid-shift Saturday. She was so rude to me, and only me. I’m not sure if it was because I was the only black person at the bar but the experience was awful she threw the receipt and the handful card reader at me. Every time I asked for something she was visibly annoyed..

We have been here many times over the last few years, all good experiences aside from tonight. We were sat and it took 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order. We waited over an hour for our food (two burgers) to be told that our ticket was lost and they still had to make everything. Over an $80 bill for 2 people was not worth it after being there for so long, with subpar service.

Super busy on a nice day with open patio. Took forever to get apps and food. Food was good and staff was nice. Pro tip, order apps with your drink order 😁. Also the purple rain is nice and strong 💪🏾 💜

This is a really sad failure of management/ownership. Truly, the worst dining experience of my life. They were out of all their seltzers and beers, and probably everything else but I quit asking. We were waited on twice in an hour because the single waiter is running all the tables. The food was gross and I avoided tasting it entirely. People are going to get sick. These lower level employees are fighting for their lives out here

My recent experience at Bobcat Bonnie's was incredibly disappointing. After checking in with the hostess, we waited 10 minutes only to be forgotten about by her, in spite of sitting on the couch by the door, waiting. When we finally reminded her that we were still waiting, she promptly seated us at one of the 4 tables that had already been clear since we arrived.
Once we were seated, we had to wait an unreasonably long time to be served and eventually had to flag down another employee before our waiter showed up at our table. To make matters worse, the waiter informed us that half of the items on the menu were out of stock, including all the dishes with chicken and the carnitas were discontinued.
I ordered the Bobcat Burger, which took a good 20 minutes to arrive at the table. When it finally did, one of the burger patties appeared to be slightly undercooked. Also, instead of the advertised bacon, the burger just had bacon bites.
Overall, the service was slow and inattentive, and the food did not meet expectations. I cannot recommend Bobcat Bonnie's based on my experience.
